Together with Swisscom we revolutionized the customer acquisition. With a new marketing approach and automation, we increased conversions by 1350% compared to campaigns before. New customer acquisition in the telecommunications industry is normally due to the saturated market and repeated channel ruptures very costly and not effective. So the acquisition is over still a strategic focus topic, to keep the market share. The inefficiency increases with the bad quality of purchased data, while our contests could prove an outstanding high quality.

What we did

We created a real-time contest and optimized different channels with Social Media and / or display advertising to drive traffic to the contest form pages. The end-to-end automated system then captues the leads and reduces the manual effort for processing of sweepstakes and cleans data, provided for further processing and in an acquisition dialogue.
